Starting a new franchise takes timing and vision. That’s why the franchisee selected Senate to convert an old bank building into one of its first retail stores. As with most startups, budget is a concern that needs to be addressed from the start. Senate worked within Gourmet’s budget by using creative materials to satisfy the design intent while keeping the project on budget.
Fast track permitting allowed Senate to start the project shortly after the contract was awarded in order to facilitate the owner’s desired schedule. Efficient communication with the owner kept the project moving forward and the materials on site when they were supposed to be. Senate was also able to work with some of the owner’s subcontractors to keep the learning curve ahead of the schedule.
